Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes, it is possible.

If you are not satisfied with the products you ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days from the date you received the shipment.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The order includes all original parts and components, and the packaging is in the same condition as upon delivery.

  • The product has been used normally and carefully; damage resulting from improper use is excluded.

  • Products for which hygiene is a key factor must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.

  • The product was defective upon receipt.

  • We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.

The return will be processed within 7 working days and – if all conditions are met – officially confirmed within that time.

We reserve the right to reject a return if there is reason to believe that the product has been used or damaged.


How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, please proceed as follows:

Send an email to: info@lumiereatelier.pl

In your message, please include:

  • the order number,

  • the reason for the return,

  • a photo of the product (in case of damage),

  • your full name,

  • your address.

We will then contact you and provide the correct return address.
Do not send the return to the sender’s address on the package – please wait for our confirmation.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract under the following conditions, provided they are a natural person acting for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession:


A. INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, received the goods.

As we use a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed.
For this reason, cancellation of the shipment before receipt of the goods is not possible, and a refund can only be issued once the product has been returned.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision clearly (e.g. by email).
The withdrawal is considered effective once we have received the returned goods.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer.


Cancellation during shipment

Since our products are shipped from Asia, longer delivery times may occur, which are beyond our control.

If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation of the order is not possible.
Please wait until the delivery arrives and then return the goods.
Of course, you may inform us of your intention in advance.

To speed up the refund process, please send us proof of the return shipment.


Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you – minus the shipping costs
(except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer) –
without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day we receive your withdrawal notice and the returned goods.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction,
unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
No fees will be charged for the refund.
